Helen has held numerous senior leadership roles, including a board-level position as the executive nurse in the clinical commissioning groups (CCG). Joy is a qualified and experienced executive coach and mentor working with both UK and international clients. Experienced in working abroad and all around the UK he has worked with clients such as: ABB; APV Baker; JCB; Kirklees Metropolitan Council; Invensys; Orange; Morrisons; Universities of Cambridge, Leeds, Nottingham and Sheffield and many others.
Qualified in training and development he also is accredited for psychometrics including the Strengths Deployment Inventory and Team Management Profile.
