November: a month of two halves

November, a busy month in the Clement household - this month, like any, has had twists, turns, laughter and sadness. This month I turned 51, another year of aspirations, goals, mistakes and achievements.
Bobble hats to baseball caps

It's officially the best time of the year…the cold weather has finally come and I couldn't be happier. October has undoubtably been one of the best months this year - myself and my better half accomplished one of life long goals, we travelled to Canada. From bobble hats, to baseball caps, we saw it all. We canoed on Lake Louise, boarded the Rocky Mountaineer and saw the bright lights on Vancouver - how incredibly lucky we are.

Wow. What a busy month we've had here at Clement Leadership Development! From Cadent, to the Royal College of Paediatrics, I've been overwhelmed with the opportunities and achievements we have made this month. In previous Augusts, we've generally experienced a quieter period, but this year we've been amazed at just how busy we've been, and I can't believe it's already the time of the month to do the monthly rundown.

A day in the life of a consultant can be a busy one packed with delivery, content writing, lots of executive coaching and even more client meetings about who we can support.
