Executive coaching
Executive coaching is an action orientated developmental intervention where, through discussion, we explore realities to meet outcomes and actions.
Your executive coach is a highly experienced senior leader who engages in regular supervision to ensure they deliver a high quality experience for you.
Why executive coaching?
Executive coaching differs from other development activities:
- It is a confidential 1-2-1 activity
- Through contracting, you decide the flow, level of challenge and the outcomes you want to achieve
- It is generally an hour in length providing time for you to set your own actions and reflect on the session
How many sessions do I need?
This depends on you and you can stop the coaching at any time. The maximum number of sessions is six, however, this can begin again after a break or as a ‘just in time’ intervention. On occasion, people can feel that one session has met the need. Control over attendance and how many sessions is always yours.
Our coaching promise
Confidentiality
While your manager may know you are being coached, they will not know the content unless you choose to discuss the session content with them. Your coach will not divulge any information, at any time
Integrity
Coaching only works when both parties bring openness and honesty to the discussion. Coaching can be challenging especially if you have not experienced it before. It is, however delivered with compassion and the challenges are there to enhance the experience
Compassion
Any organisational transition is difficult even if you are not directly affected. The session will be delivered with dignity and respect throughout
